Distant Healing

Holistic Healing - Complementary or Alternate ? I believe that all holistic healing practices such as Reiki, Healing (that is distant or hands on), Reflexology, Acupuncture, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy and so on, should be known as complementary and not alternate. Although these treatments can stand alone or work with other treatments it is always advisable to first see a doctor for any emotional or physical problem. This applies to any cravings or phobias.
